Miranda is the Founder & CEO of MB Financial Consulting Services where she is responsible for fulfilling the company’s mission and operational task. Miranda started her career in Compliance with KBR, a fortune 500 company that specialized in logistics for the military, engineering, and construction.

She then went on to serve in various leadership roles including her most recent role as CFO for a Charter School in Texas. In this role she managed over $10 Million in state and federal funds and was able to assist the organization in receiving superior financial ratings with the state during a time when most charter schools were closing.

Miranda’s knowledge and skillset over the years along with her early foundation in compliance has allowed her to build a team that not only works to align the financials correctly but to also ensure each  business understands what is being presented and proper planning takes place.
